Are any of your doctors accepting new patients?

Our medical staff are accepting new patients. A wait list may apply.

How does the Walk-In Clinic work?

Walk-in services are available during regular office hours. Appointments are taken by phone only on a first-come, first-served basis, either by phone or in person. Patients are accommodated until daily capacity is reached. Availability and estimated wait times cannot be guaranteed.

How do I get my prescription renewed?

Contact your pharmacy. Your pharmacist may be able to fill the prescription or fax the physician for an electronic prescription refill. You may also make an appointment with your physician or come to walk-in.

Do I need a referral to see a specialist?

Yes. Contact your family doctor to arrange a referral.

Are all appointments covered by Alberta Health Care?

Some services are not covered by Alberta Health Care and may require a fee. Payment is expected when you receive the service. The clinic accepts cash, debit, and credit cards.
