Are any of your doctors accepting new patients?

Our medical staff are accepting new patients. A wait list may apply.

How does the Walk-In Clinic work?

Walk-in services are available during regular office hours on a first-come, first-served basis. Patients are accommodated until daily capacity is reached, and wait times cannot be guaranteed.

Are all appointments covered by Alberta Health Care?

Some services are not covered by Alberta Health Care and may require a fee. Payment is expected when you receive the service. The clinic accepts cash, debit, and credit cards.

How do I get my prescription renewed?

Contact your pharmacy. Your pharmacist may be able to fill the prescription or fax the physician for a refill. You may also book an appointment with your physician or come in as a walk-in.

Do I need a referral to see a specialist?

Yes. Contact your family doctor to arrange a referral.
